BOOKING POLICY

 Simone Private Chef Services Booking Policy

**All date deposits are subject to cancellation fees.


Protocol and Policies:

  • Face Mask and Covid-Adherence
  • We provide 3 hours of dedicated services with bonus hours.
  • Deposits begin at $375 to $675 excluding weddings.
  • Upon menu acceptance, we require a 50% deposit which also reserves your event date.
  • All reservations include administrative charges, and service fees.
  • We provide food and service only unless otherwise discussed
  • Cancellations of any type incur fees. So when you; Cancel without a reschedule date, Cancel within 10 or fewer days of your event, Cancel with a reschedule date, AND REQUEST menu changes, fees will be applied. We are very Covid -Aware and understand that sometimes rescheduling is not an option, to that we work with each respective client regarding their event.
  • Cancellations within 10 days of the event, clients are responsible of a 50% total invoice.
  • Payment options: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle. And upon request, the client will be provided a username. 
  • Clients are also able to pay via Thryv Payment Link with a seperate surcharge.
