Chef Efraim and Kelly are beyond flexible and attentive. We had a major life event and they were able to make adjustments on the fly. Their initial consultation was extremely detailed and as this was my first time going through this process, they walked me through it step by step. They are fully transparent with their cost and explained their invoice and policies thoroughly. When it came to menu creation, we were able to curate a dream scenario for me and my wife to celebrate her birthday. The experience of the evening was a delight and almost magical. Chef Efraim and Kelly were outstanding throughout their time in our home. It was understated in my mind how extremely relaxing this was. I made myself a cocktail as the first course was being prepared. We sat down for dinner and enjoyed each plate. The food was exceptional and we were blown away as each dish arrived at the dinner table. It was a special night and it was a luxury having this team over. With the Covid pandemic cases rising, Chef Efraim made the in home dinner very special for our anniversary. My wife couldn't stop telling all her friends what a great experience this was. Besides being very punctual, Chef Efraim made every dish to perfection. To finish, the chocolate mousse cake was phenomenal. We have friends and family that have requested the contact information, to hopefully request a reservation. We will definitely have another dinner date scheduled in the near future.
